Description of Service JopesBot is a Discord bot designed for utility and statistics purposes. Users interact with the bot through commands sent in Discord servers.
Data Collection and Usage JopesBot collects and stores Mario Kart Central IDs, Mario Kart Central Usernames and Discord IDs to associate Discord accounts with Mario Kart Central accounts. This data is used solely for this purpose and is not shared with any third parties.
Data Deletion and Viewing Users can request deletion of their data by using the /unlink command or by emailing jopesbusiness@gmail.com. Users can view their stored data by emailing the same address.
User Conduct There are no specific rules or guidelines for interacting with JopesBot. However, we reserve the right to ban or restrict any user's access to the bot for any reason, at our discretion.
Disclaimers
JopesBot may view messages sent in channels it has access to, but these messages are never stored. The bot is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of JopesBot. Updates and Changes We will inform users of changes to the TOS via email for those who opt in by emailing jopesbusiness@gmail.com. These terms will be reviewed and updated whenever necessary.
