New LoRA modem presets

FYI, i'm working on collecting some consensus on better LoRA modem presets around Reticulum. We likely shouldn't be "defaulting" to what Meshtastic uses since the use case differs (extremely low bandwidth messaging vs Reticulum doing things like Nomad network)

Everyone is playing with random configurations on Reticulum... it would be nice to offer some sane presets in addition to allowing custom settings :-)

I'm happy to make consensus default presets. I specifically set the current defaults to the settings I saw more often in the rmap around me. I don't think they overlap with any of the major Meshtastic bands. But they have a lot of presets all over. I also would've liked to get a higher bitrate, but I figured better to start with longer range first and then communities could make the move to shorter faster on their own. 1 kbit/s seemed like the best starting off point

I'd be careful with 250 khz bandwidth though. Interference from other 900 MHz devices can cause better bitrates to turn into no bitrate, even with high SF and CR. Near me, there's some device somewhere that all it does is sweep across the entire 900 MHz band every 10-15 seconds or so :/
