Transfer from BatteryOptimizer_for_Mac

Hi,

I'm a previous user of BatteryOptimizer_for_Mac, and I have 2 questions for this new app:

1. Do I need to remove the previous tool? Will there be any updates for the old repo?
2. Do I need to keep BattOpt always open? Asking because I tend to quit/Command+Q unused apps to make my dock cleaner.

1. They'll conflict with each other, so it's better to remove one of them. I'll not spend time to update the old repo as I explained in Github of BatteryOptimizer_for_Mac. There were some bugs in BattOpt, but they've been fixed and it's quite mature now. BattOpt is more versitle for supporting of clamshell mode and location-dependent limit.
2. It's not necessary to keep BattOpt always open because the kernel is run in background. It's just an interface for you to easily control charge/discharge/calibration/limit since some people can't remember the commands.
