Context menu and F9 not working

Hi,

there should be an entry in the context menu and the possibility to reload the styles with F9. But only the icon in the address bar is visible.

Since 1.2.5 you can bind your shortcut for css reload page action. Find the "Keyboard shortcuts" link at the bottom of the chrome://extensions/ page and bind your own shortcut there.

Sadly, the page refresh causes flickering (e.g. when the CSS has to be recompiled by the server) sometimes (interesting, when clicking the icon, it most of the times doesn't flicker, and with the keyboard shortcut, it always seems to). Isn't there a way to prevent flickering completely?
