Execute an initial test run

Do you run the tests before you apply mutations? I'd advise to do so to ensure that all tests actually pass without applying mutations.

Thanks for taking the time to file the issue, @simondel. No, we're not running tests before the analysis. I agree with you; it sounds like a very good idea to check whether they're green. On top of that we could use the initial test run to learn how long the entire test suite takes. We might find this knowledge useful in #2.
