RPI GPIO Support for OPEN_DRAIN modes #228

We need to be able to provide a "Z" output for 1, and GND for 0 under some circumstances (different voltage in boards, or pulled-up signals, etc..).
It would also be beneficial to provide a configurable power driver based on the GPIO output driver, so you get CLI support to handle power through the j shell
