Custom Tractography atlas

Dear Prof. Keith,

Thank you for developing these tools and making them so easily accessible online. I especially appreciate the option to use custom parcellations, which has been very useful for my project.

I am writing to ask if it is possible to use a custom tractography atlas with NeMo Tools. My project focuses on creating a movement-specific white matter and grey matter atlas and evaluating their contributions to brain connectivity analysis.

I'm not sure what you mean. You can certainly use a custom gray matter parcellation. There is not currently any way to include white matter parcellations.

You could use existing white matter atlases like those from JHU or XTRACT or others, and look at the volumetric overlap between your lesion and different major bundles/pathways. That would be outside the scope of the NeMo tool, however.

My project involves using a custom grey matter parcellation and tractography atlas specifically designed to focus on movement-related functions. To achieve this, I must modify both the grey matter and white matter atlases for brain dysconnectivity analyses within movement networks. I also aim to use NeMo Tools for comparative analysis in the future.
