Running NeMo locally

Hi, thank you for making this tool available to all. We find it interesting and would like to use it, but for many reasons (especially ethics) we need to run it locally and not via cloud-based gui. Is there a way to do such a thing? Thank you, Olivier

The newest release should allow external access to the database. It requires downloading approximately 1.2TB to run the tool locally. Downloading this database from AWS costs around $110, which would be charged to the user's own AWS billing account.

I may still need to update some configuration to allow access.

As for concerns about the web GUI, no identifiable information should be present in any of the lesion files uploaded, so there should be no patient privacy or data security concern. The data users upload is a binary mask of a lesion location, which is not identifiable, and users are reminded to remove any identifying information from the filename.
