ToastPrompt not found for Windows App, working in Phone App.

I cannot compile with the ToastPrompt added tot he project, I cannot find it in the .net assembly only the phone assembly. This may be a coding 4 fun control issue. Do you have the same issue?

I "unloaded" the Windows project, which has allowed me to build and deploy it to my phone.
