Stitching off-camera?

Hi, I have a Pilot One EE and like using the unstitched video capture mode for highest fidelity capture. Unfortunately, I run into storage limitations and so would like to stitch off-camera on a computer.

Is there a script or software or some way for me to stitch the footage off camera so I can utilize the full storage space of the camera just for capture during capture time? Thanks

I know this is slightly unrelated to the API but this is the best way to reach developers :)
