As started using this I rather cleaned those auths

Removed anthropic from there

~/.local/share/opencode/auth.json

Then use this project installation script (with some modification of crontab)

The sync itself is working — models being visible confirms the token was applied.

The 429 is likely Anthropic's server-side rate limiting, not a sync issue. Could you check if claude auth status shows valid credentials and which OpenCode version you're on?

Also noticed your logs show node not found — that's a separate issue from the 429. We just shipped v0.3.2 which fixes PATH in cron. Try re-installing:

Found the actual root cause — the deprecated built-in opencode-anthropic-auth@0.0.13 plugin was still cached and trying to refresh tokens, causing 429.

Fix:

rm -rf ~/.cache/opencode/node_modules/opencode-anthropic-auth

Then restart OpenCode. This fixed it immediately on my end.

still got "node not found" in my log and auto refresh failed. I do have node installed and command -v node has output.

This is because node is not installed in the standard PATH. If you got it installed via homebrew (in my case), nvm or whatever it is in some other location. when ran via cron/launchd only minimal environment is loaded, not the PATH the user might have configured in .bashrc or wherever.

I assume your're on MacOs @Nick-Hopps?

For cronjob, the PATH is checked at installation time and added to the cron command. For launchd this is not the case. So it cannot find node when the launchd job uns periodically.

#5 will take care of this.
