Language Server doesn't start

• Version: 0.9.15
• On Windows 11
• VSCode 1.122.0/1.123.0

The language server doesnt start, log shows lot's of these entries:

Unhandled exception. System.BadImageFormatException: Could not load file or assembly 'c:\Users\<redacted>\.vscode\extensions\lextudio.vscode-wpf-0.9.15\tools\XamlLanguageServer\wpf-xaml-ls.dll'. Es wurde versucht, eine Datei mit einem falschen Format zu laden.

I am willing to help in solving this, so please tell me if I should try anything out or you need further information.
