then we will recently upload a script to perform the second step, for given a already stichted image

if you have an already stiching image without M_s, you could consider using this function define_mask_zero_borders to generate one mask

@chenqing00 @zhou161 Hi! If your own dataset has flow fields as supervision signals, you may load it by modifing this line. If you just have stitched-rectangled pairs, you may utilize DeepRectangling to generate pseudo labels (as it finally generates the mesh grid to warp the image.) You can use this utility to check if your flow / mesh is correctly loaded.

Meshes are not involved in the inference process so you can just remove flows (or replace it by zeros) from the return array in the dataset code if you just want to do some inference.
