Missing `exterior_edges` binding

While using the Python bindings for libigl, I noticed that the function igl.exterior_edges appears to be missing, even though it exists in the C++ API

Environment

OS: Windows

Python version: 3.13

libigl Python package version:2.6.1

Installation method: uv
