Rescan sources button

A simple feature request would be to add a "rescan sources" button. When I connect an additional HDMI monitor, for example, the tabs remain the same. So each time the sources change, the program has to be restarted manually (unless I am missing something).

PS: thank you for this application, I use it every day.
