My WhatsApp passkey is already saved in my iCloud Keychain, so my chat data should not have been lost. But despite having a saved passkey, my old chats did not restore. This is causing me serious problems in my business because all important work conversations are missing.

As far as I know, there is currently no data recoverty tool for iOS even for Jailbreak
So you need to develop some tool to backup your WA data periodically to prevent it from happening again
