Refresh scorer tuning with newer data

We have a lot more data in the ln-routing-replayer since we last picked the scorer parameters. Last I looked, it does appear we over-fit the old data, sadly, so we should re-run the process to pick new parameters.

I do need to refresh the available data first, though, I have a lot more probing logs than I last uploaded to the git repo (at https://git.bitcoin.ninja/?p=ln-routing-replay;a=summary).
