Enable VPC deployment on cluster creation #3
Description
This might be easy to accomplish since there's a topic from AWS on this (https://docs.aws.amazon.com/eks/latest/userguide/creating-a-vpc.html). It specifies CloudFormation templates for VPCs that we can just use when creating a cluster.
