Wording fix in YARR tuning

Note from Aleksandra on Procedure.md:

> "For pixel tuning, make sure to run FE_tune_finepixelthreshold.json after FE_retune_pixelthreshold.json for each frontend." is misleading, make sure to mention it's linear only (as synchronous obviously doesn't need it and it doesn't really help differential).
