Please remove the prometheus exporter from the wiki page as it is out of date: https://github.com/linkedin/Burrow/wiki/Associated-Projects. I'd open a PR, but we can't suggest edits to the wiki.
Also, I have made a dashboard for burrow exported stats, which can be shared with Grafana:
