Wanted change

Hello, would it be possible to add streamlink to this container? This would allow adding IPTV streams from providers like BBC iplyer to TVHE

Reason for change

Adds additional functionallity by enabling linking web streams as iptv channels

I would like to add this, there are plans to review how the tvheadend container is built to enable other features such as Nvidia transcoding etc. Though right now, I have no ETA on when this will be looked at.

Thanks, I added it with a custom startup script. When I looked previously it wasnt available as a package to install, but discovered thats because the container was still looking at the v3.20 branch and streamlink isnt available until 3.21
