Heltec V3, V4, T114 support

This project looks really promising!

Any plans to support Heltec V3, V4, T114? Their main weakness is power consumption, and afaik the main firmware has no power saving for companions current or planned. Could be a huge win.

Tested the port on a Heltec v4.3.
The radio and LED is working, however, lfs is not working, which also causes bluetooth to not be able to start:

Yes, I built v43. Just tried again on the latest version. According to https://heltec.org/project/wifi-lora-32-v4/ the board has a 16MB external flash, compared to 8MB internal flash on v3.
On the schematic https://resource.heltec.cn/download/WiFi_LoRa_32_V4/Schematic/HTIT-WB32LAF_V4.3.pdf it looks like a W25Q128 connected to another SPI than the radio.

Turns out I was still using the esptool flash command from a previous revision, which set the flash size. Changing to .\esptool.exe --baud 921600 write-flash 0x0 zephyr.bin caused it to get a bit further:

It does complain that: External QSPI NOT mounted at /ext - using internal only (20 blobs), which I believe is because the W25Q128 is not configured?

BLE advertises, however, pairing times out after a long time if I use 123456. If I use a wrong PIN the connection fails immediately.

I have not been able to get the display working. I thought it might be the polarity of V_EXT since that was changed here: HelTecAutomation/Heltec_ESP32@7e81f0e however that did not help, and nothing I have tried gets the display to show anything.

QSPI needs PINs defined to work that's for sure.
ESP-S3 has some kind of bug in the latest zephyr, I could not get BLE to work yet.

dev branch has some fixes for heltecs now.
zephyr + BLE + official app doesn't like each other in regards of BT, so on android you'll need to pair the node the first time from the settings>BT menu and not from the app.
