The middle payment option? They all of the stripe APIs work, it just won't redirect me to the upload page.

According to the documentation it looks like it's still a work in progress.

I don't think Siraj is working on this anymore, he's got his hands full. I couldn't find anyone on the Make Money with ML group that could make this app work. I'm sure they're out there somewhere, just can't be found
