Right-clicking on the desktop

Right-clicking on the desktop reloads the desktop.
Right-clicking on a folder, or a file just does the old context menu. That part works.

Right-clicking on the desktop, though does not work.

Infact, if I right-click on the desktop, it just brings back the new context menu.
