[Help] How to make the jetpack custom sound won't restart everytime, i did created the soundpack but not what i expect

if someone can answer how to make the jetpack custom sound won't restart everytime, i will be appreciated.
a mod that supposed to prevent the jetpack custom sound from restart everytime: https://thunderstore.io/c/lethal-company/p/tracerx/JetpackMusicFix
after i read the code, idk that mod only work for LC_SoundTool? due to lack of knowledge i need to take way more time to figure it out, so uh i do need some help.
