Cyd mobile release checklist

• Get iOS app into TestFlight and past the Apple reviewers
• Manually test in Android
• Create an Android test release
• Make a nice readme, and then make cyd-mobile repo public
• Recruit iOS and Android testers, give them promo codes, and start a Signal group (?) for feedback
• Do a round of testing and incorporate feedback
• Split Cyd docs from the cyd repo into its own cyd-docs repo, and rewrite them to support mobile vs. desktop docs
• Design marketing material for App Store and Play Store and submit them
• Update website to make mobile app prominent
• Newsletter and social announcement about mobile app and Bluesky features
