Add exemption for pinned posts in delete form

In the delete posts section users can specify which posts should not be deleted. There should be a row for preserving pinned posts

So to implement this, we need to do this:

• add an isPinned field to the post table in a new migration
• at the beginning of the indexPosts job, reset all isPinned to false
• after indexing posts, add a step that makes a app.bsky.actor.getProfile request to look at the pinned posts, and updates all pinned posts to set isPinned to true

Then we'll need to add a "preserve pinned posts" delete option (this also needs to be a database migration, so save the options), and we need to update the delete logic to skip pinned posts if that option is checked.
