Docs: Make releases easier to find

The current workflow is confusing for non-technical folks:

• Open relases page
• Click to expand "assets" (totally not intuitive)
• Find the right release for their OS (takes a bit of parsing to realize the OS name is in the file label, and its not in the name for linux at all).

It would be great if you could add a button to the download page to install for each OS. I think Github has a magic link to /latest so you don't have to update it every time.
