Has anyone experienced an issue where not all directories of the Master branch get pulled to local workstaion?

I've got the mast branch pulled down to my workstation, and I don't see all of the directories. Have either of you guys experienced this either?

No, pulling directories usually works for me. Maybe Logan had to add you as
a collaborator first?
