Summary

Adds the Advatar LP-0016 solution entry under solutions/LP-0016.md, matching the repository submission format. The implementation repo is public at https://github.com/advatar/Logos and the solution entry links the exact commit, demo video, local evidence gate, protocol docs, SDK, LEZ registry, RISC0 proof path, Lean proof modules, and Basecamp app.

• Ran the lambda-prize validate-submission.sh script locally with this PR title and changed-file scope.
