Test suite should consider current compiler version and SDK

I've learned a lot from current test codes, but most of them are being broken.

In my opinion VS 2019 has worked fine, but currently, the test execution fails and doesn't provide enough information to get insight from the build log.

If possible, each TC should be in a separate file, and there must be the following description in docs.

I have to make a plan for CI builds to achieve the purpose of this repository.
