PSRAM issue using M5Unified and M5 Components

When trying to build your own reference config, the device fails to boot. There are multiple issues, one that I believe I fixed and another that I don't understand.

The first issue I mentioned already in #27 and I think I fixed it in #26. Once this issue is addressed, the config builds but when uploaded to an M5Stack Core S3, it does not work. Connecting to the USB JTAG shows no logs:

However, if I remove this line:

The configuration finally works and I get logs from the device once again. What is the issue?

Can anyone provide a working ESPHome YAML configuration showing the display and audio working?

I also left the esphome psram component configuration out.
Unfortunately, the esphome dev branch now requires it.

I can't leave it out because esphome won't build my project.
I can't leave it in because I have no psram at runtime.

I created an esphome issue ...
esphome/esphome#13620
... but, it seems, they are going to ignore it.
