0.2.1 Stable Release

This release, featuring an overhaul of the Logger class, is going to be the last release of ESDF Manager under its current name. Version 1.0.0, coming soon™, is planned to be an extension of the project to also include Python and NodeJS libraries with the same core functionality, and will be released under the name Weftspace.
