Option for an Admin to configure individual users Mail Accounts

I would like to request an option for an Admin to pre-configure and reconfigure atleast one primary email account for new user accounts. so that it would be helpful for providing a complete email account to new users.

If possible please consider adding additional admin features listed below. I am an IT Admin for a small business and having these features lets me manage users efficiently.
we are currently using roundcube webmail client which was included with shared VPS hosting service cpanel. It seems they intentionally made roundcude sucks so we opt-in their per user based gmail workspace or 365 subscriptions. our user base is technically challenged and they wont be needing any those cloud platform offered apps, so Mailflow would be the perfect alternative for us.
Looking forward to have these features below.

• option for an admin to add users manually ( Including Name and email ID).
• option for an admin to pre-configure multiple IMAP accounts for newly created users.
• and feature to send user an invitation email disclosing their user login email ID and option to let them set up their own password.
• optional two factor authentication.
• password recovery option for user (recovery through their personal email ID).
