Thanks for this great resource! I am using pykicad to programatically generate a PCB that takes advantage of these footprints. Rather than write all the code to generate the arcs for these footprints in edge.cuts, I just modified the footprint I was using to put the arc there on the same place as the silkscreen arc already in the footprint. That way I can rotate my placement etc and the arcs move with the footprint.
Is there a particular rationale for not doing that by default? I wanted to suggest doing so.
