kadeploy should chmod 1777 the tmp partition when used with -r

as of now, that was left to the postinstall

A workaround would be to wrap around the mkfs command as provided in server.conf

if $1 = tmp_device:
  mkfs .... $1
  mount $1 temp_tmp_mount_point
  chmod 1777 temp_tmp_mount_point
  umount temp_tmp_mount_point

but tmp_device is not knwon as this stage.
