permissions problem

I have bilanguage site and when I try to add non default language entry on submit (this link)
wp-admin/post.php?page=magic-fields%2FRCCWP_Menu.php&assign-custom-write-panel=9

I get 'incorrect permissions' page

The option in the Magic Field settings for Editing Prompt - Prompt when editing a Post not created with Custom Write Panel is the source of this error for some reason
