[feat]: improvised privacy policy page

Description

This PR improves and expands the Privacy Policy page to make it more transparent, precise, and enterprise-ready. It removes ambiguity around data handling and clearly defines Reframe’s local-first architecture.

Key improvements include:

Explicit confirmation of zero data collection and zero telemetry
Clear explanation of file handling and browser-only processing
Added security model description (client-side sandbox execution)
Clarified absence of analytics, crash reporting, or background tracking
Added browser storage behavior explanation (localStorage/IndexedDB)
Defined third-party dependency scope (FFmpeg.wasm only)
Added user rights and control clarification (no server-side data exists)
Added policy update/versioning explanation via repository
