Allow sending mail messages with standard templates, automated or customizable before sending manually.

• message templates (title, body)
• allow customizing message before manual send
• optional automation

Message types:

• booking quote
• payment request (deposit, remaining amount)
• new booking
• booking changed
• booking cancelled
• payment received
• offer about to expire
• offer expired
• invoice

Automatic messages:

• new booking
• remaining payment on check in...
• goodbye message on checkout

Semi-automatic messages (option to send after some tasks)

• quote updated
• booking updated
