Failed to establish a new connection with Robosats

Sometimes when trying to establish a connection with Robosats you get the following error:

ERROR :: Error obtaining orders from Robosats: SOCKSHTTPConnectionPool(host='robosats6tkf3eva7x2voqso3a5wcorsnw34jveyxfqi2fu7oyheasid.onion', port=80): Max retries exceeded with url: /api/book/?currency=2&type=1 (Caused by NewConnectionError('<urllib3.contrib.socks.SOCKSConnection object at 0x7f70900b1e50>: Failed to establish a new connection: 0x01: General SOCKS server failure'))

Other times it returns this other error:
