Usage on elements with inner scrolling

It would be nice if we could use this on elements with inner scrolling. Especially in layouts with fixed and absolutely positioned things, when the main content area might not be the document itself.

I'm thinking we could add an option that takes an element id, and expect the user to set up a scroll restorer for each element they want to track.
