How to initialize marker in my position or by clicking on the map

Hello! thanks for this helper! it's very helpful! 
I just want to create a function which allow to take the my position as the default position on the marker. Or make a function which allow to initialize the marker position by clicking somwhere in the map! (appologize my bad english)
