Ability to edit a Dodge & Burn mask from the drawn points

Ability to change the shape of an already drawn mask + being able to add/delete points from it. This would lead me to be able to make changes to the mask quickly rather than having to redraw the whole mask.

Additionally, the ability to either draw a mask with a paintbrush type tool or have some sort of curvature tool when doing rounded objects would make it much more easy to use.

i created the issue for editable mask :) brush tool for this was tried but pyqt6 implementation sucks so that's why it's polyline (same for scratch removal)
