As shown in the screenshot, the triplet is converted correctly (and rotated) but in the filmstrip, the thumbnail is just showing the red channel. This is true of all of the images in this screenshot; all are converted in the canvas area but the thumbnail doesn't render right. Not a regression in 0.40.0; I saw this issue in 0.39.0 and updated to see if it was fixed since I saw a changelog item about thumbnails.
