Thanks for your purchase, and sorry for the delay. I saw your email and I've already resent your license key to the Gmail address you contacted me from. Please check that inbox, it should be there now.

The email you used at checkout is a corporate/organization account, and those often have stricter mail filtering than personal ones. External emails can get blocked or quarantined at the company mail server level, so they never reach your inbox or spam folder. That's most likely why the original key didn't come through.

Let me know once you've activated it and everything's working.
