How to modify the position of the area for moving (not dragging) in a custom header of a floating panel

Hi!
I made my own custom header that I use in a floating panel. When I grab the panel from the custom header, it is dragged as expected, so I can dock it somewhere in the application. When I grab the dialog in the area, outside of the custom header, I can move it without docking. I just want to change the position of this areas and put inside a specific text and/or icon to make the control of the panel more clear. I want to have three areas in the header... let's say that the first will be called "Drag here" that will allow, dragging and docking of this floating panel, then the second area called "Move here" that will allow just moving of the dialog without docking and a third area with some control buttons, for example X for closing the floating dialog. How can I do this?
