feat: time period filter for observed/modeled traffic

• Volume should be shown on a link level, with width as the flow size

• We want to implement a time slider that can filter the time period during which the observed traffic should be shown

• Granularity should be 15 minutes

time slider implemented to filter histogram + total volume for car volumes. changing of symbology based on slider more complicated, especially the need to recalculate total volume for all links in the canton to visualize is quite slow

added the ability for the time filter to change the symbology values on the map. larger cantons such as zurich will be slow to update symbology, but added a checkbox to only show major roads to speed up the computation.

do we already have pt link counts and/or observed traffic count data ready to be visualized?

No, we do not have the pt passenger counts on the link level; we need to create that analysis @AuroreSallard could you implement that within the analysis you already did for the pt in eqasim?

What we need is how many people go through each link using a pt vehicle, in some bins, like you did for pt stops

Sure, I can implement the link-level passenger counts. It is more complicated than the stop-level analysis as we now have to track vehicle movements accross the network and aggregate passenger counts accordingly, while the stop-level analysis only required to count specific events, so I will need quite some time to get it right. I'll update here when the code is ready and put some example output on Polybox.

@balacmi for times past 24:00, where should we put them since our timerange is only 0:00 - 24:00? should we push them back to like 25:00 -> 1:00?

That is a good question that I cannot answer at the moment. For now, you can ignore it and make a note.

transit link directionality added, but what remains to be done is to merge links by geometries to get total volume irrespective of direction to visualize at map. the osm id does exist for some links, but not all, so may need to look into how to preprocess to aggregate by geometries.

reworked road volumes, labels show volume and direction (follows driving side). can be filtered by time / major roads and will automatically update counts on the map and histogram / table
