Add ability to add Visual Find References to a toolbar.

Issue
In Visual Studio 2022, there does not appear to be a way to select Visual Find References from the Toolbar>Add or Remove Buttons dialog. Therefore, there does not appear to be a way to add this extension action to a toolbar.

Feature Request:
Show Visual Find References in the Add Command > Extensions: Commands. Then it can be selected and added to a toolbar.
Alternatively, provide a different approach you prefer along with easy instructions for adding this command to a toolbar.

Great idea. I am a little slower than usual at the moment due to very busy times both at work and at home, but will get this sorted.
