I tried to use onec.exe as a replacement for the existing NEC2/MP engine from Athan found in nikiml's nec.opt script in windows; however didnt have much luck.

After testing the nec files from here and from digitalhome directly with the engine, I think the issue is with parsing the nec files. NEC2/MP was able to start sample NECs from here and from digitalhome. But ONEC gave errors on NEC files from digitalhome
