Request for permission to add support for Renesas Electronics debuggers

Dear maintainers,

I would like to request for the permission to add support for Renesas Electronics debuggers which include:

• renesas-hardware (Renesas GDB hardware debugging)
• renesas-simulator (Renesas Simulator debugging)

that are part of the Renesas Platform Extensions: https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/items?itemName=RenesasElectronicsCorporation.renesas-platform

These debuggers support the Debug Adapter Protocol and I have tested the RTOS Views locally with Renesas MCU specific RTOS projects to ensure that it works.

I have created a pull request here: #90
I would appreciate your time to look into this and consider merging this.

May I inquire about the schedule of the next release for RTOS Views on Visual Studio Marketplace?
Is there a roadmap or schedule that I can refer to?
